Website Plans

Starter Managed Website

• Price: $299 one-time setup fee plus $100 per month.
• Scope: A managed website of up to 3 pages, mobile-friendly design, contact form, basic on-page SEO, secure hosting, small routine edits, and support.
• Monthly changes: Includes up to 1 hour total per monthly billing period for minor changes and additions to the existing website.
• Service—not ownership: The website design, build, platform, and hosted website remain part of the Freedom Path Publishing managed service. The client does not purchase or own the website.
• Availability: The website remains live only while the monthly plan is active and payments are current.
• Domain: The client owns, registers, and pays for the domain separately, including renewal fees. Freedom Path Publishing may assist with connecting it.

Custom WordPress Website

• Price: $1,500 one-time for a website of up to 6 pages, unless a different written scope is approved.
• Ownership: After full payment, the client owns the completed website files and approved final design, subject to third-party licenses.
• Hosting and domain: Hosting, domain registration, renewals, premium software, and third-party services are not included. The client selects and pays those providers directly.
• Handoff: Freedom Path Publishing will provide reasonable launch and transfer assistance after final payment.
• Optional maintenance: Ongoing maintenance is available for $99 per month and is not required to retain ownership of the website.
• Maintenance allowance: The optional plan includes up to 1 hour total per monthly billing period for maintenance and minor updates to the existing website.

Payments

• One-time fees are charged when the service is ordered unless a written payment schedule says otherwise.
• Monthly services renew automatically each month until canceled.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes, domain fees, hosting fees, premium plugins, advertising spend, or third-party charges unless specifically stated in writing.
• Work may pause when a payment is late or unsuccessful. Service may be suspended until the account is brought current.
• Fees already earned for completed work, purchased third-party services, or an active billing period are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

Subscriptions & Cancellation

• Starter and optional maintenance plans continue monthly until canceled.
• The client may cancel a subscription before the next renewal through the available Stripe customer portal or by sending a written cancellation request through the website contact form.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or agreed otherwise, the current billing period is not prorated or refunded.
• When a Starter plan ends, the managed website may be taken offline at the end of the paid billing period. The client keeps ownership of their domain.
• Ending optional maintenance does not remove the client’s ownership of a fully paid Custom WordPress website.

Content, Ownership & Licenses

• The client retains ownership of materials they provide, including their business name, existing logo, photographs, and written content.
• The client confirms they have permission to use all supplied text, images, trademarks, and other materials.
• Third-party themes, fonts, plugins, stock media, software, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
• Freedom Path Publishing retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, processes, reusable components, and know-how.
• Unless the client asks otherwise in writing, Freedom Path Publishing may display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Client Responsibilities & Project Scope

• The client must provide accurate business information, content, approvals, credentials, and feedback reasonably needed to complete the work.
• Timelines begin after required content and payment are received. Delays in client feedback or materials may move the delivery date.
• Each plan includes only the pages and services listed. Additional pages, major redesigns, custom functionality, ecommerce, booking systems, copywriting, and other work may require a separate quote.
• “Small edits” means reasonable updates to existing text, images, contact information, or similar content. It does not include new pages, redesigns, custom development, or large content rewrites.
• The client is responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, facts, prices, contact details, legal claims, and regulatory information before launch.

Monthly Changes and Maintenance Limits

The Starter Managed Website plan and the optional Website Maintenance plan each include a maximum of 1 hour of work during each monthly billing period. This is 1 hour in total, not 1 hour per request.

• Included work: Minor updates to existing text, prices, hours, contact information, photographs, graphics, links, buttons, forms, and business details; short additions to an existing page; minor layout adjustments; routine software or plugin updates; basic backups and security checks; and minor display or functionality fixes.
• Time used: Time spent reviewing instructions, communicating about the request, accessing the website, completing the work, testing, and publishing changes counts toward the monthly allowance.
• No rollover: Unused time expires at the end of the billing period. It cannot be carried forward, combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another service.
• Not included: Full or partial redesigns, new pages, major layout or branding changes, custom development, booking systems, ecommerce, memberships, payment integrations, extensive copywriting, logo projects, SEO campaigns, major troubleshooting, malware recovery, or problems caused by third-party providers.
• Additional work: Work beyond the included hour is quoted separately. Freedom Path Publishing will notify the client and obtain approval before beginning billable additional work.
• Submitting requests: Requests should be submitted in writing. Freedom Path Publishing may combine multiple requests into one scheduled work session.

Additional Services

• Logo Design — $299: Includes a primary logo, alternate version, color palette, and web-ready files. The approved final logo transfers to the client after full payment; unused concepts remain with Freedom Path Publishing.
• Google Business Profile Setup — $249: Includes setup or optimization using information supplied by the client. Google controls verification, approval, ranking, suspension, and platform availability; specific results are not guaranteed.
• Additional Website Page — $150 per page: Covers one standard page consistent with the existing website design. Complex functionality or extensive copy may require a separate quote.

General Terms

• Freedom Path Publishing does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, platform approvals, or business results.
• Services depend on third-party platforms and providers. Freedom Path Publishing is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, security incidents, or changes caused by those providers.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from a service is limited to the amount the client paid Freedom Path Publishing for that service during the six months before the claim.
• Neither party is responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.
• If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A written proposal or scope of work controls if it expressly conflicts with these general terms.
• These terms may be updated for future purchases. Material changes to an active subscription will be communicated before they take effect.
